Our stance
We'd rather have you satisfied than quietly angry. If the Oracle isn't serving you, we want to know, and we'll make it right. This policy describes how.
Monthly subscriptions
You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the current paid period. We do not automatically refund partial months.
If you are within 7 days of your initial monthly signup and have not yet found value in the Oracle, email [email protected] and we will issue a full refund for the current month.
Annual subscriptions
You may cancel at any time. Annual subscriptions are refundable within 14 days of the initial charge, prorated for any time used. After 14 days, we do not issue automatic annual refunds, but you may email [email protected] and we'll look at it case by case.
Couple & Circle subscriptions
Couple and Circle plans follow the same refund windows as Oracle plans. If your partner or circle leaves shortly after signup, contact us — we can usually convert the remainder to individual Oracle credits.
Technical failures
If the Oracle fails to generate a meaningful number of briefings due to a technical error on our end, we will credit your account or refund the affected period on request.

Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account. Include a brief note about why. We typically respond within 48 hours.
What refunds don't cover
Charges on closed or disputed banking accounts, chargebacks, or fees levied by payment networks are outside our control. For chargebacks we will share our records with the payment processor as needed.
