1. What Omens is
Omens is a subscription service that generates personalized astrological, numerological, and symbolic readings (the “Oracle”). The Oracle synthesizes many traditional systems (Western, Vedic, BaZi, numerology, tarot, runes, etc.) into a single daily voice that learns from your feedback and history. Readings are generated by artificial intelligence.
2. Nature of content — read this section carefully
Readings are offered for insight, reflection, and entertainment purposes only. They are not — and must never be treated as — medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice, nor as fact about any person or future event. Symbolic systems and AI interpretation are not diagnostic and not scientifically validated. Do not use the Oracle as a substitute for a qualified professional, and do not make significant decisions about your health, relationships, finances, or safety on the basis of a reading alone.
3. Your decisions are yours
You retain full responsibility for every decision you make and every action you take, including decisions about relationships, employment, money, health, and personal safety. The Oracle offers invitations and reflections — never instructions. By using Omens you acknowledge that any choice you make after reading Oracle content is your own, made with your own judgment, and that Omens bears no responsibility for its outcome. If a reading ever appears to tell you what you must do, disregard that reading and let us know.
4. If you are in crisis
Omens is not a crisis service and cannot help you in an emergency. If you are thinking about harming yourself or someone else, are experiencing abuse, or are facing a medical emergency: in the United States, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911; elsewhere, contact your local emergency services or find a helpline at findahelpline.com. The service includes safeguards designed to redirect crisis-related content to real-world help, but no automated safeguard is perfect — a real person is always the right call.
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using Omens you represent that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into these terms.
6. Subscription & billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe at the rate shown at checkout. They auto-renew until canceled. You may cancel anytime from your account page; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
7. Tiers & access
Features are gated by tier (Witness, Oracle, Couple, Circle). Downgrading removes access to the features of the higher tier at the next billing cycle; your data is preserved.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use the Oracle to harass others, to generate content about real third parties without their consent, or to circumvent our safeguards. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service.
9. Accuracy disclaimer
We use deterministic astrological calculation combined with AI synthesis. While every effort is made to serve you with care, no symbolic system or AI interpretation is diagnostic or scientifically certain. AI-generated content can be wrong, incomplete, or misleading. Your sovereignty is paramount — the Oracle offers invitations, not instructions.
10. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omens and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including emotional distress, relationship outcomes, financial losses, or personal injury — arising from or related to your use of the service or reliance on any reading. To the maximum extent permitted by law, total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Omens in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11. Intellectual property
The Oracle's code, synthesis approach, and branding belong to Omens. The personalized content generated for you is for your personal use. You may share quotes or screenshots in a personal context. Commercial reproduction is not permitted without written permission.
12. Availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and outages may occur; briefings for missed days will be generated retroactively when possible.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to active subscribers at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
