1. What Annealed Evil is
Annealed Evil is a subscription service that generates personalized astrological, numerological, and symbolic readings (the “Oracle”). The Oracle synthesizes many traditional systems (Western, Vedic, BaZi, numerology, tarot, runes, etc.) into a single daily voice that learns from your feedback and history.
2. Nature of content
Readings are offered for insight, reflection, and entertainment. They are not medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice. Do not use the Oracle as a substitute for a qualified professional when you need one.
3. Subscription & billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe at the rate shown at checkout. They auto-renew until canceled. You may cancel anytime from your account page; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
4. Tiers & access
Features are gated by tier (Witness, Oracle, Couple, Circle). Downgrading removes access to the features of the higher tier at the next billing cycle; your data is preserved.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the Oracle to harass others, to generate content about real third parties without their consent, or to circumvent our safeguards. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service.
6. Accuracy disclaimer
We use deterministic astrological calculation combined with AI synthesis. While every effort is made to serve you with care, no symbolic system or AI interpretation is diagnostic or scientifically certain. Your sovereignty is paramount — the Oracle offers invitations, not instructions.
7. Intellectual property
The Oracle's code, synthesis approach, and branding belong to Annealed Evil. The personalized content generated for you is for your personal use. You may share quotes or screenshots in a personal context. Commercial reproduction is not permitted without written permission.
8. Availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and outages may occur; briefings for missed days will be generated retroactively when possible.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to active subscribers at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
